The ATAG atlas included in DSI Studio is shfted 3 mm in y direction to match ICBM152 space.

————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
The ATAG atlas is an atlas of the:
	1) striatum (STR)
	2) globus pallidus internal segment (GPi)
	3) globus pallidus external segment (GPe)
	4) red nucleus (RN)
	5) substantia nigra (SN)
	6) subthalamic nucleus (STh)

The atlas contains probabilistic spatial information based on 30 young
subjects.

Both hemispheres are included separately and the atlas have the following
versions:

Linear vs Nonlinear:
The linear version is registered using only linear registration
algorithms whereas the nonlinearly version was optimized using a
	nonlinear registration algorithm.

Normalized vs non-normalized:
The normalized version has been scaled so that the probability
of overlap ranges between 0.0 and 1.0.

The non-normalized version has a probability range between 0.0 and
30.0. Due to trilinear interpolation the values in the probabilistic
	atlas are continues.

Finally a combined version of all the masks are provided which have been
tresholded to include the overlapping voxels for at least 10 subjects.
